On my way down town last night to Hoxton for a great / late night out and spotted this tube poster advertising sperm.
Is it just me that finds the word Sperm a tiny bit disturbing? I was always the kid sniggering at the back of the room when Sperm Whales came on TV and who still can’t hold it together if a cake is described as Moist. I looked at this ad and imagined a loving couple going into a large stone columned bank like building and coming out with Woody Allen’s sperm from Everything you wanted to know about sex but were too afraid to ask…..
What a fantastic society we live in that on my journey into town for an evening out they tell me where I can buy some sperm if I’ve run out. I’m picturing jumping into bed and Wife looking down and saying “Simon, Its Empty, you’d better pop out….” Off I’d trundle to the London Sperm Bank, make a withdrawal then “Honey, I’m Home and I’ve got Sperm!!”
